Practice areas
Søren is a specialist in cooperative and owners associations and advises on all matters related to the operation and establishment of housing associations—including issues regarding usage rights, resident disputes, governance, and association structure. He works closely with some of the largest property management companies in Denmark and frequently acts as chair at general meetings.
In addition to association law, Søren is an expert in registration matters relating to housing associations. He also leads Winsløw’s litigation team and conducts a number of high-profile cases within his field.
Background
Søren holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen (2013) and studied at ESADE School of Business in Barcelona.
He was admitted to the bar in 2016 and is admitted to the Danish Supreme Court.
