Practice areas
Frederik has for many years specialized in legal matters related to the construction industry. He advises both private companies and public authorities on contracts above and below EU thresholds, procurement strategies, structuring of tenders, and defining selection and award criteria. He also has extensive experience in dispute resolution and regularly handles cases within his areas of expertise, including proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and the courts.
Frederik also provides legal counsel on sustainability in construction—advising on compliance with applicable environmental requirements and integration of green considerations in public procurement processes.
Background
Frederik holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen (2003).
He was admitted to the bar in 2007 and is admitted to the Danish High Court.
