Dines has over 25 years of experience and expertise in general commercial law, including company law, ownership structures, generational succession, and the drafting and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts. He has significant experience advising on the purchase and sale of companies and real estate transactions (M&A) in both Denmark and internationally. This includes sale preparation, transaction structuring, due diligence processes, and the drafting and negotiation of transfer agreements.
In addition, Dines advises physiotherapists, dentists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals on clinic acquisitions and sales, ownership structures, and regulatory and contractual matters within the sector.
