Claudia S. Mathiasen
Attorney (Supreme Court), Managing Partner
Claudia specializes in commercial tenancy law and all matters related to optimizing rental properties. She is an experienced contract negotiator, both in general commercial agreements and, in particular, in contracts related to retail leases—such as high street and shopping center properties. Her background, including an executive MBA, provides her with a strong foundation for combining legal, strategic, and commercial perspectives in her advisory work.
Through her longstanding engagement with the International Bar Association, Claudia has built an extensive and personal international network of highly profiled lawyers specialized in real estate law.
Background
Claudia holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen (1997) and has studied at the University of Cambridge and Universität zu Köln.
She also holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
Claudia was admitted to the bar in 2000 and is admitted to the Danish Supreme Court.
She has served as Managing Partner of Winsløw since 2021.
