Practice areas
Anne specializes in construction law and has many years of experience advising both Danish and international contractors, as well as public and private developers, on construction matters. She also counsels technical consultants on issues related to consultancy law. Her legal assistance includes matters arising during the construction process and in any subsequent disputes—particularly in connection with the drafting of construction and consultancy agreements, expert appraisals, defects, claims for additional work, delays, expert determinations, and consultant liability.
Anne also advises on planning, building, and environmental law and regularly litigates cases before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and the courts.
Background:
Anne holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University (2007).
She is IPMA-certified (International Project Management Association) and a certified mediator under the Danish Bar and Law Society.
Anne was admitted to the bar in 2013 and is admitted to the Danish High Court.
